Meet Julia Oulton
Julia is an enterprising and entrepreneurial business development professional with an in-depth background of identifying opportunities, developing new markets and delivering multimillion-dollar projects. During her career she has won significant contracts based on her innate ability to conduct thorough prospecting research, get to the key decision makers and develop the value propositions that address what keeps executives awake at night.
Julia has been an active volunteer for the past 20 years and through her volunteer work with the Royal Lifesaving Society Canada, has been invited to Buckingham Palace to meet Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip. Her work has spanned several non- profit organizations including Life Saving Society Canada, Junior Achievement, Gulf Yachtclub, the Vancouver Open Golf Tournament, the International Wine Festival and earlier this year the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games.
Julia is very excited to be joining the CharityVillage® team and hopes to bring some of her vast experience to creative and new approaches to enriching the effectiveness of the non profit sector.
In her spare time Julia has been seen jumping out of airplanes at 12,000 feet, riding ziplines up at Whistler, and racing sailboats out in the bay. She has a beautiful little Cavalier King Charles spaniel at home and loves to walk her down on the beaches for down time.
Julia is responsible for BC and the Yukon Territory.
